IEP Advocacy
We provide child-centered, neurodivergent-affirming support to help families navigate the educational journey with confidence. Our services include document reviews, individualized goal and support planning, and parent coaching to strengthen advocacy and preparation. We also attend IEP meetings with you and support clear, collaborative communication with schools to ensure your child’s needs and strengths remain at the center.
Community and Business Training and Support
We offer trainings and speaking engagements that promote inclusion and practical support for the neurodivergent community. Topics range from building inclusive communities and neurodivergent-friendly events, to IEP guidance for educators and families, and parent-focused sessions that help caregivers recognize when a child may need assessment and advocacy.
New Diagnosis Navigation
We support families navigating a new autism diagnosis by helping plan for the first year, understand school and insurance rights, and explore opportunities that promote growth and engagement. Our goal is to give families the tools and confidence to advocate effectively for their child.
Provider Integration and Consulting
We provide comprehensive support to strengthen connections between families, organizations, and service providers. Our services include community outreach, personalized parent intake and communication, and thoughtful client-provider matching to ensure families are connected with the right resources and professionals for their child’s unique needs.

In 2016, when our youngest daughter was diagnosed with Autism, I dove head first into navigating life with a child who had special needs. Walking along side her as we worked to secure care, a strong IEP and therapies necessary to help her grow, I decided that if another parent didn't have to struggle as I did, her journey was worth it.
Taking classes, attending Partners in Policymaking and advocating at the local and state level, I found that I wanted to make a difference in the lives of children just like mine.
